Feature Request: `localConstantsPath` in `CaptureInterfaceOptions` as well?

Noticed that there is localOpcodesPath in CaptureInterfaceOptions but no localConstantsPath, is it possible to add it as well?

That's confusingly-named, localOpcodesPath controls both of them, expecting that they're in the same folder. Correcting that without breaking changes is a bit difficult, but I will add an alternative with a better name.

Added localDataPath, waiting on @Supamiu to publish whenever it's convenient.
