Add Precision Recall plot to Benchmark class

As discussed in the article https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0118432
the precision-recall plot can be more informative than the ROC curve. Therefore we will be adding this plot to the Benchmark class.
