[H3VR]: Sharpening radius zone inverted

Just noting this for those still having to use this mod, as replacing openvr_api.dll does work in H3VR, but VR Performance Toolkit does not.

The sharpening zone seems to be inverted, with the center being blurrier than the outside. Resolved by just disabling the NIS sharpening completely. Rest of the functions seem to work properly and do improve performance.

Using a Samsung Odyssey+ and RTX 2060.
