I am new to comfy AI sorry.
Can you perhaps give us the workflow.json?

The json is embedded in the png that you downloaded. If you actually want the json you can select Save from the ComfyUI menu but you don't really need it.
You need to install the missing custom nodes by using the ComfyUI Manager, it is best to follow some basic ComfyUI youtube videos to get started.
