Clean install latest version. Enabling just apache & mysql will result with error from description. Also after virtual box update i noticed this on every provisioning:

Enabling module proxy_fcgi.

Not sure this is good but just wondering does anybody got similar issue, or can reproduce.

That last bit about "not reliably determining..." is totally normal at that stage - Apache doesn't have a hostname configured "out of the box", and so falls back to using the server's IP address.

Let me know if I'm missing anything though - I think that's the main issue here, right?
