Apache2 Folder No Longer Contains Sites-Available Directory

Per the instructional videos the sites-available directory no longer is available for my installation…

vagrant@vaprobash:/etc/apache2$ ls -ll
total 4
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jul 12 16:52 conf-available
vagrant@vaprobash:/etc/apache2$ cd conf-available
vagrant@vaprobash:/etc/apache2/conf-available$ ls -ll
total 4
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 804 Jul  7 10:19 php7.1-fpm.conf

@fideloper any idea why this is that way now? What can I offer you for more information to help solve this?

This was fixed by reinstalling my ubuntu box.
