Make gg status output a warning if the branch in a repo doesn't match

As discussed, if the branch that you are switched to in a repo does not match the branch defined by the manifest, it would be nice if gg status would output a warning.
To go along with this, it would be nice if there was a repository defined in the manifest that you didn't have that gg sync would create the repository and switch to the branch specified by the manifest.
