[Owner][README] API for updating replacement GUID doesn't include the information for updating owner key

The owner API : POST /api/v1/owner/setupinfo/?id=current_guid contains information for updating Replacement GUID or Replacement RVInfo or both in TO2_DEVICES table.
With the recent changes, it should also contain the information about changing the ownerkey.
