Change to v0.2.2 of the libssh2lv shared libraries

Following from the release of libssh2lv v0.2.2, the shared libraries, DLL, Dylib, and SO, in the Support folder for this codebase should be replaced with v0.2.2. This should help with future debugging and error handling, as mentioned in #36.
