Net Neutrality popup?

Hello all,

I visited one of my favorite sites (https://gifsound.com/) and this thing came up asking me to do something about the internet and it said if you have problems to post them here.

How do I make sure that never comes up again? I don't really like my websites (that are non-political) to be associated with political messages and forcing them down my throat when I visit the page.
