Incorrect installation instructions in the readme

Hi Filipe Guarnieri, thanks for the library, but the installation instructions in the readme and the usage examples are not consistent with each other, on your own site you use different styles and repeating the steps in the readme does not work. Please change the readme to include the correct steps to connect the library.
