A warning when glyph missing from font specified in `--subset`

When you pass in a glyph to include in the subset output but the glyph isn’t available in the font, it should show a warning.

This repository is now using lodash style issue management for enhancements. This means enhancement issues will now be closed instead of leaving them open.

Note that there is some potential in pyftsubset to do this automatically? See pyftsubset --help
