Add option to disable puppeteer and run against a static jsdom (faster)

For increased speed and in specific situations, it might be helpful to have an option to disable the headless browser altogether.
Maybe it could use https://github.com/jsdom/jsdom instead.

This repository is now using lodash style issue management for enhancements. This means enhancement issues will now be closed instead of leaving them open.
