Is nightly Rust still needed?

Currently the Rust parts are built with nightly-2022-05-09. On my local dev machine, I can't even get that version installed. Hence I propose checking if nightly is really needed or whether we can switch to a stable release.

We needed it for a proofs thing for a while, but I think that's gone.

It currently is still needed, I've opened filecoin-project/rust-fil-proofs#1652.
