Dashboard needs to be updated to support "report coming soon" and "report pending" as "wip" alternatives

For theory audits that have been done but a report has not yet been published, the cell should be yellow, but reflect that the report is in progress. Will need to add support for report-pending or report-coming-soon / something similar to reflect this in the .md for the generated html table to have a background color.
