Add a field to tweak "mandatory_update" parameter

It looks like we can't tweak whether we want to make the release mandatory or not.
My understanding is that the Patch request could be tweaked with the field added: https://openapi.appcenter.ms/#/distribute/releases_update

Maybe there is a reason you didn't add this?
