Add support for mapping upload

Hi,
as far as I know there is no possibility to upload apk mapping.txt file with this plugin. Could you please consider adding it?
As I briefly checked there is symbol_uploads API for it

Sorry, I'm not using the AppCenter crash reporting, so don't need this functionality for myself.
I would be happy to accept a backwards-compatible PR!
