Bug: Can't open recycle bin in files

Description

When I open recycle bin it just say "Drive Unplugged NotAFolder"

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the Recycle Bin from Desktop
  2. Opened files
  3. And just say Drive Unplugged NotAFolder

Files Version

4.0.11.0

Windows Version

10.0.26200.6899

User ID

7a2aad2b-ed1c-411d-9de7-7d15f388f221

Log File

debug.log
