Description
When entering Compact Overlay mode immediately resizes the window to minimum size and cannot be resized - no drag handles available.
Steps To Reproduce
Win 11 Business 25JH2 26200.7019
Same behaviour as attached on both Files 4.0 and Files 4 preview 4.0.13.0

This is how compact overlay works.

Oh I ws hoping I could choose the size when pinned - clue's in the name I guess :)

Alternatively, you can use the Always On Top feature from PowerToys to make the Files window stay on top.
