Polygons from segmentation

Hey,
I have performed segmentation as shown in the tutorial and I want to know if its possible to get polygons out of the segmented parts in the output orthoimage.

This is my input ortho image.

And this is how my output ortho image is,

Is it possible to get the output in the following manner using the tools you have provided.

Please suggest if I am using the fieldSegment in a right way or there are any other tools which I can use.
