Four-view splitters works independently on Mac version.

I tried to fix this problem with RBSplitView, but this also doesn't work as I expected and it flickers so much. NSSplitView is good, but I only need to sync top and bottom splitter like in Windows version.
Collapsing of views would be also nice (via space bar for example).
