Mention deployment script in docs

          @JuroUhlar could you please add this information into the doc?
  1. Deployment template creates Azure Storage account to store function's source code (already mentioned in the doc)
  2. We have deployment script inside of azuredeploy.json that copy package.zip into the storage account.
  3. Management function is responsible to keep customer's storage up to date after deployment.
