It's common for most every PR in a repo to be cla signed, with only the occasional 3rd party contribution not being signed. In these cases it'd be ideal if it was possible to configure the bot to only show a label when the PR does not meet CLA. That way there's only a few labels rather than every PR showing up as "cla-signed"
