Horizontal scroll returns one step when the next column is large

Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a spreadsheet.
  2. Create a column with a large string inside that will not be displayed in the first frame.
  3. Scroll slowly to it.
    horizontal-scroll

Expected Result:

Horizontal scroll moves smoothly.

Actual Result:

Horizontal scroll returns one step.
