Create Docusaurus website basic structure

Use software-project-blueprint as the starting point
Make sure Docusaurus 3.x (latest) is used
Add main menu with the items taken from https://docs.rosetta-technology.io
Define sidebar.js using the navigation structure shown in https://docs.rosetta-technology.io/rosetta/rosetta-dsl/

No need to transfer content (text and images), the Rune team will take care of it.

Hi @SimonCockx next steps would be to merge the PR and for the team to start working on adding content to the website. Once the content is ready we can deploy the website to something like rune.finos.org for example.
