FR: DataConnect codelab with 2 connectors

Detailed Problem Description

There is a codelab for dataconnect, however it only uses one connector. The docs indicate that there can be more than one, all referencing the same schema or different schemas (I think?). It would be very educational and instructive if there was another codelab slightly more complex that used 2 connectors (at least) to show how these different combinations can work together, the structure, etc.
