I believe firebase tools is not available as a module

I tried to get firebase-tools as a module in my project but I was unable to import it anyway, and it was showing could not find firebase-tools.

It is definitely available, see here:

Also this is not the right repository to report issues about firebase-tools, it has its own repo.
