LACNIC Database Dump

Hi,

I noticed you are using the NRO stats file for LACNIC. You may want to consider using their published database snapshot:

https://ftp.lacnic.net/lacnic/dbase/lacnic.db.gz

It is highly redacted but unlike the NRO stats, it contains sub-allocations.

I can submit a pull request if you'd like.
