If user had installed v2.9.0 a couple of months ago, they can't install new v2.9.0

A glitch in the Arduino Library Manager allowed a fork of ConfigurableFirmata to be temporarily pointed to instead of the official library. This resulted in a v2.9.0 being published that was different than the official v2.9.0 that was published last weekend. Unfortunately this resulted in the inability to update or override v2.9.0 in the library manager to get the new version for any users that had installed the v2.9.0 update a couple of months ago.
I'll resolve this by bumping the version to v2.9.1.

Should be fixed now with the v2.9.1 release.
