Feature request: create, append

I would wish for the following features:

1. Create secret

$ cat "file.json"
{
"secret": "value"
}

echo "file.json" > vsh -c "create /secret/list"
vsh -c "cat /secret/list"
secret = value

2. Append secret to another secret

vsh -c "cat /secret/src/list"
c = xxx
d = xxx

vsh -c "cat /secret/dst/list"
a = xxx
b = xxx

vsh -c "append /secret/src/list /secret/dst/list"

vsh -c "cat /secret/src/list"
c = xxx
d = xxx

vsh -c "cat /secret/dst/list"
c = xxx
d = xxx
a = xxx
b = xxx
