Upgrade Account Rank should yield great people from the current run

Since upgrading rank will reset current run, it make sense to:

1. Yield all permanent great people from current run
2. Apply all permanent great people upgrades
3. Carry great people up to level 2 forward

Or at least maybe disallow upgrading rank if there are pending great people from current run and ask players to reborn first?
