Add -v and --verbosity aliases for --log-level

we should add -v and --verbosity aliases for the --log-level to the launcher cli and possibly the launcher.configuration.json.

if fiskaltrust.Launcher -v prints the version we should remove that.

Also allow "verbosity" as an alias for "logLevel" in the LauncherConfiguration.
