Create a functionality that will post news from the web https://fit.cvut.cz/cs/zivot-na-fit/aktualne/udalosti to Discord events.

Use the same interface as Courses NEWS to Discord uses. https://github.com/fit-ctu-discord/honza-botner/blob/develop/src/HonzaBotner.Discord.Services/Jobs/NewsJobProvider.cs

Should we filter somehow these events? If there is event that takes more than few days then it will almost always show on top and everyone will ignore these events.

What about bot asks in some mod channel if he should post that event? Approve/refuse?

Sounds nice. We could also xpost the event to the events announcement channel after approval.
