query for datetime or retrieve time series?

Hi, is it possible to retrieve buoy data for a specific datetime, or alternatively, retrieve a series of observations between a start date and end date?

I don't think that's currently feasible. The NDBC makes the data available as archives for each month. Selecting arbitrary date ranges would be difficult. It is probably more workable to download those files and parse the data directly.
