fetch all campaigns and widgets for an org

Hi,

to make it easier to sync in batch, add a new mode

./bin/org.js {orgname} --fetch --campaigns

will fetch all the campaigns

./bin/org.js {orgname} --fetch --widgets

will fetch all the widgets

the .env should be properly configured with a user that has access to the org
