need of affiliation?

To get/put/... we need their affiliation. Maybe it should be set in Dockerfile ? Or how could be get the info for the tool in our registry if we did not provided it first?

Affiliation is needed because:

• if software is already described in Elixir registry, we must not fill a new entry, so we need to query the system to match this entry. To do so we need the affiliation.
• If affiliation is not present, then a new entry could be sent by the client using a local user affiliation.
