A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run webui-user.bat to start webui locally
  2. open browser and fire at 127.0.0.1:6280
  3. check the chrome console

Expected behavior
loaded successfully.
