Add more esoteric categories for the explore page

The page at https://flathub.vercel.app/apps almost entirely duplicates the home page. Which is a shame!
We need new categories to expand on this page. I will curate some new lists of more esoteric things. As noted in #171 investment in curatorial tools and processes would help app discovery here and justify browsing.

I would put 5 top/random apps of each category here instead

Has been landed and I'm pretty happy with it so far, I'm going to close this. Feel free to reopen, not sure how much we want random apps instead.
