I can't use ~/.var/app/com.opera.Opera/opera-flags.conf to load config.Is it right?

I am not sure what flags you are talking about, unfortunately I don't know anything about opera-flags.conf file. If it is opera://flags, I believe is should work as usual. If it is runtime flags such as changing language (e.g. --lang=fr), Shogu mentioned how to do it in his #44 (comment).

Well, I just found a setting that influenced such a file. Until now it was chrome-flags.conf, from now on it will be opera-flags.conf as that should be the default.
