GPU-accelerated video decoding does not work

System: Fedora Silverblue 39
AMD Vega 7 GPU

about:config changes:

gfx.webrender.all=true
media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled=true
media.hardware-video-decoding.force-enabled=true

I also tried other combinations of true/false with those, but no dice.

Checked with Mission Center.
Firefox & Floorp show Video decoder usage with those settings (minus media.hardware-video-decoding.force-enabled as it's not needed), while LibreWolf stays at 0%.

I tried flatpak run --verbose for logs, but there was nothing about video decoding mentioned.

It started working today, however, note that you still need this additional about:config tweak:
media.hardware-video-decoding.force-enabled=true
