No global menu (or appmenu) under KDE/unity

All is in the title, the menu bar of the app does not integrate with the global menu of KDE (such as on MacOS).

I did not succeed to make it works by adding the com.canonical.AppMenu.Registrar permission (under talks).
Note that global menu works under non flatpak versions of GIMP.

I personally don't know how this work and use this, but I won't refuse a patch if you (or anyone else) figure out how to make this work.
