Tab Collapse not getting activated in drupal

Hi,
I am trying to use the plugin in drupal 7. Plugin file linking is proper but I can't seem to get to activate tabCollapse. When I enter the code in browser console the code works. But not through drupal_add_js();

I think it might be due to jQuery conflict. Not sure though. But any help on this would be really appreciated.
