This is a playground on social ratings. Its philosophy comes from traditional 0-10 ratings where the service encourages 2-8 ratings, leaving 0-1 and 9-10 ratings for really awesome (or awesomely bad) stuff. Also rating history will be kept telling how each user felt about the topic along time.
