Luwak cannot be checked out in git for windows

For various reasons (which I won't go into!), I am currently using a windows machine with NTFS and git for windows. Some of the luwak benchmark files have file names which are invalid on Windows, and so the component checks out, but then fails to work well as a number of the files are invalid.

I have a PR (will attach) to rename the affected files (though the details of the renaming is up for grabs)

#180 will deal with this (and doesn't seem to break anything on OSX/Linux at least which are the other platforms I can try)
