How do we submit package requests?

I'd love to share fleet context more with others because I think it has great potential for helping climate scientists get started, but it's missing packages. In particular, I'd love to see these packages added:
- https://fsspec.github.io/kerchunk/
- https://lumen.holoviz.org/
- https://hvplot.holoviz.org/
- https://holoviews.org/
- https://geoviews.org/
- https://param.holoviz.org/
- https://pangeo-forge.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
Would it be easy to add embeddings for these? I'm also happy to help out if there's a guide.
