Wheel-based magnification wheel direction contradicts pan&zoom

The wheel direction for magnifying piles and zooming into a pile should be identical. Unfortunately, they are the opposite 😂

This should just be a matter of checking the Math.sign of the wheel delta. I think the pan&zoom is okay but the magnification direction seems off.

(PS I just fixed the border issue on decreasing the magnification)
