Styles are not applied to SuperTabNavigator when compiling for flex 4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Launch SuperTabNavigator_Sample.swf from downloads
  2. Add tabs, so they don't fit the screen
  3. Scrolling buttons appeared, but style is not applied to them (see screenshot)

In flex 4 new styling API introduced, so, need to update SuperTabNavigator to use IStyleManager2.
