Migrate to single JSON schema

Enable single renative.json structure for all types of descriptors (project, app, plugin, template etc...)
this will have to be backward compatible (old structure to be supported as well)
new structure will introduce namespaces into single generated schema.
new schema will be published into https://flexn.org/schema/rnv/1.0
