[Feature] Miner watchlist

Background:

• Users who duo mine eth and xch would want a place to view miner stats in one place, instead of going back and forth between dashboards
• Users who mine eth/chia on multiple addresses

Idea:

• A star/watchlist button on miners dashboard
• Addresses are store locally
• A "My watchlist" page where the user can view basic stats for each miner (hashrate, balance etc..)

Actions Items:

• Figure out where to put the "Watchlist" button to redirect people to the page, since the nav bar is already very crowded.
• Basic mock up
