Quantity of landing tax delivery item may incorrect

Motorflights can have multiple landings / touch-and-goes. In these cases the delivery creates incorrect landing taxes with only 1 as quantity instead the number of landings.
The issue is also for the property NrOfLgsOnStartLocation.
